It is a Denis Villeneuve adaptation of the classic science-fiction novel, stars Timothee Chalamet and Rebecca Ferguson, and is likely to see Villeneuve attacking the complex story in a much better way than his predecessor.
Dune will release in movie theaters in December, 2020.
West Side Story -- If you enjoy re-makes of classic films, the Steven Spielberg version of West Side Story is to be released in 2020 and is the movie to watch.
The original film is one of Spielberg's favorite movies, so the iconic director is likely to treat it with the reverence it deserves while still modernizing it in a way we will love.
